Brussels Airport (BRU)

Hello! Welcome to Brussels Airport! This airport is located 11 kilometers northeast of the capital of Belgium. In 2013, Brussels airport experienced more than 19 million passengers, which made it the 25th busiest airport in Europe. Brussels International Airport has connections to over 180 destinations around the world.

The Airport City Express offers train service to Brussel’s three main stations and has departures every 20 minutes. Brussels Airport has one terminal with two concourses, which are called piers, A and B. The airport provides a separate road for cyclists and pedestrians and also includes a designated parking space for bicycles.

Passenger Services

BRU offers a variety of excellent restaurants and the recommended styles of food are French, vegetarian, Italian, and some Asian restaurants. According to passengers, the restaurants that should be avoided are the Grand Palace and Avenue Louise Metro because they are designed for tourists. The menus are inexpensive, however the food and drinks are of low quality.

The Golden Tulip Brussels Airport (4 stars) is just minutes away from BRU and is a great place to spend the night if you have to catch an early flight the next morning.
